I must be an adult.......FINALLY
It occurred to me today that I must finally be an adult. Why you ask?? Is it because I'm 26 and therefore closer to 30 than 20? NO. Is it because I have two children and one of them is starting to read? NO. Is it because I have been married for almost 7 years? NO. Is it because I can no longer eat whatever I want without gaining weight? NO, well maybe a little. It is in fact because it is May and that's just another month on my calendar. No more excitement for school to be over, actually a sense of dread because Isaac's school is over. No excitement for summer and fun, there will be no extra fun and quite honestly summer started sometime around February for us here in the A-Z. So, I am finally an adult, wish me luck, congratulate me, or maybe more appropriately send your condolences.

So do I still qualify as a kid because I still look forward to the end of the semester??? Also, I still get to go to prom!
Hey Angela,
I sympathasize with Jason...not the part of the "girlie" movie...my favorite movies are "chick flicks", but with the falling asleep. All you guys think our job is easy...you don't understand the stress related to it. It takes it's toll. Congratulations and condolences for adulthood...that's the best I can say about it. Gosh! I guess I'm still a kid because I love the summer and I look forward to hanging out at the pool and the beach and going on vacation!
